Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through a proxy — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian national identification number (NIK), and a valid bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. win288 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify win288 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
To activate withdrawal functionality and access higher deposit tiers, you must complete win288's KYC process. This requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and — where applicable — documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used. win288 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting win288 support via the email address listed on this platform. Any outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal following completion of all pending wagering activity and final KYC review.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically completed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). win288 charges zero withdrawal fees. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of request.
win288 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of potential bonus-abuse patterns. win288 will communicate the reason for any hold within 24 hours of the request.
You confirm that funds deposited into your win288 Account are owned solely by you, are legally obtained, and are not derived from any unlawful activity. win288 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions as required by law.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the win288 Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer.
Bonuses are available exclusively to Members who have completed KYC verification unless the specific promotion states otherwise. win288 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility by player tier, account activity level, or geographic location within Indonesia.
Any conduct that win288 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account wagering, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk, and exploitation of promotional errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.
win288 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, at least 48 hours' notice will be provided. Bonuses that have already been credited and are subject to active wagering will be honored subject to the original terms at the time of issuance.
All wagers placed on win288 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and crash games. Category-specific rules are published in the respective game sections of the Platform and form an integral part of these Terms.
A wager is considered accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed and a corresponding deduction is reflected in your Account Balance. win288 reserves the right to reject or limit any wager at its sole discretion, particularly where the wager size is deemed unusual relative to account history or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
All odds displayed on the win288 Platform are subject to change until the moment the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked and cannot be altered. Settlement of wagers is based on official results as determined by the relevant sports federation, league governing body, or game provider. win288's decision on settlement is final unless a manifest error is identified.
Bets may be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, technical malfunction affecting RNG fairness, incorrect odds caused by system error, or discovery of fraudulent activity affecting the outcome. Members will be notified of voided bets via their registered email address.
win288 enforces category-specific maximum payout limits. These limits are published on each game page and are subject to periodic review and adjustment. Any single winning ticket that exceeds the applicable maximum payout will be settled at the maximum limit, with no additional liability on the part of win288.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win288's total aggregate liability to any Member — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
win288 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or reputational harm — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if win288 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform integrates third-party payment processors, game providers, and live streaming services. win288 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of these third-party services. Issues arising from third-party failures should be directed to the relevant service provider.
Statutory Rights: These limitations do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Indonesian law that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted by contract.
